Our creative time is precious to us, so please email to arrange an introductory call. We provide a free half-hour chat and welcome all questions. We realize that the process can be new and confusing, but we would like you to have the information you need to succeed.

What kind of payments do you take?
We have Google Checkout and PayPal accounts to handle most credit card transactions. We also accept checks made out to Beneficial Design.

How long does it take until my website is live?
In general, a website takes about 4-8 weeks for going back and forth with designs, layouts and previewing content. Additional projects can make this process longer so please contact us to get a more accurate quote.

What is the process to create a website?
After we sit down and discuss the colors, fonts and style that will be appropriate for you, we will send you design drafts via email. After you approve the final design, we code it into a preview site to position the text and photos just right. Then, when the site is completely ready, we post it live for the world to see.

Do you host the site?
No, we recommend you purchase your own domain and hosting services. We want your site and business to be independently successful and not reliant on our server or service changes.

Do I own the copyright to the designs?
Yes, our contract transfers all rights to any designs we produce for you, to you. Our contract also protects passwords, proprietary and personal information, and any financial information you give us.
